Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of DELF A2 B1 B2 Mock Exam (the "App"), provided by SmartPrep Labs LLP ("SmartPrep Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The App offers DELF A2, B1, and B2 practice, timed mock rehearsals, personalized training, progress tracking, speech transcription, and automated Writing and Speaking feedback. Scores and comments are learning aids only. We cannot guarantee a diploma or any particular result.

You remain responsible for checking current official exam rules, registration, dates, permitted materials, and requirements with the official examination provider or centre.

2. Technical identity and acceptable use

The App creates an anonymous technical identity to protect learning data and subscription access. Version 1.0.1 does not promise cross-device history recovery. You are responsible for maintaining access to the store account used for a purchase.

You must not bypass access controls, evade quotas, use modified clients or abusive automation, redistribute protected question banks or media, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, or interfere with the App or its providers.

3. User content and automated feedback

You retain your rights in original text, audio, and other material you submit. You grant SmartPrep Labs and its processors a limited right to host, transmit, and process that material only to provide requested features, secure the service, and comply with law. You must have permission to submit the material.

Automated grading and transcription may be incomplete or wrong. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in practice answers.

4. Free access and subscriptions

The App may provide limited free practice, mock, training, and feedback allowances. Premium may unlock a broader catalog and higher limits. When enabled, auto-renewing subscription periods of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months are offered through the platform store.

The Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet displays the binding localized price, taxes, billing period, offer details, and renewal terms before confirmation.

• Payment is charged to the applicable store account after purchase confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through the store account before renewal under that store's rules.
• Deleting the App or learner data does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period or a valid billing grace period.
• Refund eligibility and processing follow the applicable store policy and mandatory consumer law.
• Restore Purchases can check access with the same applicable store account.

5. Availability and third-party services

Internet access, a supported operating system, provider availability, and a valid technical session may be required for protected content, purchases, synchronization, transcription, and automated feedback. The App relies on providers including Firebase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play.

We may maintain, fix, update, replace, or discontinue features while respecting applicable consumer rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Intellectual property

The App, software, interface, design, original learning material, scoring implementation, and protected media belong to SmartPrep Labs or its licensors. These Terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use the App for learning. DELF and related marks belong to their respective owners; their mention identifies the examination for which the independent App provides preparation.

7. Disclaimers, liability, and changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee that automated feedback is accurate or that you will achieve a particular result.

We may update these Terms and will show a new update date and provide additional notice when required.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory forum available in your country remain unaffected.
