Delete Your Data
DELF A2 B1 B2 Mock Exam by SmartPrep Labs LLP
Last updated: September 27, 2026
The App uses an anonymous technical identity rather than a visible learner account. This page explains how to delete App data, including when you no longer have access to the App.
Option 1: delete inside the App
- Open DELF A2 B1 B2 Mock Exam.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Read the warning and confirm deletion.
The App deletes local learning data. When secure online services are available, the authenticated backend also deletes server-side learner data, remaining protected uploads, entitlement data linked to the technical identity, and the anonymous Firebase Auth identity.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you cannot access the App, email support. If possible, include the Support identifier previously shown under Profile > Access and data, your device platform, and the approximate date of your last use. Do not include practice answers, recordings, passwords, or payment-card details.
Email: support@smartpreplabs.com
We may request proportionate verification to prevent deletion of another person's data. We will act without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law.
What is deleted
| Data | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Anonymous Firebase authentication identity | Deleted |
| Server-side practice and mock attempts, responses, reports, quotas, progress, and settings linked to the identity | Deleted |
| Remaining files in the protected learner storage path, including uploaded Speaking audio | Deleted |
| Local drafts, attempts, reports, and settings on the device | Deleted when deletion is performed in the App |
| Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records required for legitimate operational or legal purposes | May be retained in minimized or one-way-hashed form only as reasonably necessary |
| Aggregated analytics that no longer identifies a learner | May be retained |
Deleting App data does not cancel a subscription. Store billing is controlled by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately.
- Apple: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > DELF A2 B1 B2 Mock Exam > Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DELF A2 B1 B2 Mock Exam > Cancel subscription.
After deletion
- Deletion cannot be undone and saved learning history cannot be restored.
- Reinstalling or reopening the App creates a new anonymous technical identity.
- A store may retain historical transactions under its own legal obligations.
